Buyer, Manufacturer,  and Seller

  1. The Buyer is any entity purchasing product(s) or obtaining services from gh SERVICES, LLC.

  2. The Manufacturer is either gh SERVICES, LLC or other COMPANY(s) who produced the product(s) purchased by the Buyer

  3. The Seller is gh SERVICES, LLC, a Wichita, Kansas based company.

Conditions

  1. Seller shall not warranty or cover any loss or damage that may occur as a result of misuse, neglect or improper operating environment including as extreme heat or cold, repair or modifications not done by a qualified repair technician that results in damage, power surges or other electrical damages including static electricity,  liquid spills on any components, smoke, physical abuse including dropping or hitting, incompatibilities with another vendor's hardware or software, software setup or configuration problems, or any similar conditions or situations.

  2. Seller shall not warranty product(s) which are past the warranty period as expressed either by gh SERVICES, LLC Limited Warranty, or by the Manufacturer's warranty, or by both.

  3. To obtain warranty service, Buyer shall submit an RMA form to seller by website, email, fax, or by postal mail that warranty service is requested, the form is at http://www.ghservices.biz/Forms/RMAform.html

    1. In order to return merchandise for refund, or repair, or to obtain telephone technical support, a proof of purchase must be provided. 

    2. Proof of purchase is an invoice and/or invoice number  received with the product(s) from the Seller. 

    3. All Seller or Manufacturer's warranty stickers, if attached, initially to the product(s),  must be appropriately affixed to obtain warranty service.

  4. If Buyer desires to ship product(s) to Seller, it is the Buyer's responsibility to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping, the form is at http://www.ghservices.biz/Forms/RMAform.html

    1. Product(s) must  be shipped with adequate packaging and be fully insure

    2. Buyer pays shipping costs to return product(s) to Seller

    3. Shipping Costs are non-refundable

  5. All products returned for replacement or refund must be in original and undamaged packaging, including all manuals, cables, disks, etc.

    1. Buyer shall not write on the product(s) packaging (e.g. "bad"). 

      1. Buyer's failure to provide original packaging may result in a restocking fee or loss of refund eligibility

  1. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact Buyer, by Buyer's preferred contact method, for further instruction / disposition of returned product(s)...

    1. If product(s) returned is/are not in original  and undamaged packaging

    2. If product(s) is/are not returned with all manuals, cables, disks, etc. that was with product(s) when originally sold to Buyer

    3. If product(s) returned for warranty service are not within the warranty period as expressed either by gh SERVICES, LLC' Limited Warranty, or by the Manufacturer's warranty, or by both

    4. Buyer has returned product(s) that is in good order and does not want to pay to have the product shipped back to Buyer's address

  2. Product(s) left at Seller's location, for any reason, over 30 days are considered abandoned and become the property of Seller, for disposal or any other purpose deemed appropriate by Seller

Credit / Purchasing Policy

  1. Seller is not providing credit services of any kind.  Buyer is welcome to use Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, or PayPal on Seller's websites: www.ghsonline.biz and www.ghservices.biz

  2. Buyer may pay with Personal Check or Cashier Check. Said checks must clear Seller's bank before product is shipped

Parts and Components Warranty

  1. Warranty period starts from the invoice date

  2. CPUs, video cards, and printers carry a seven (7) day functional warranty, during which time the Seller will provide and exchange a defective product. 

  3. All other new parts purchased from seller are covered by the manufacturers repair or replacement warranty, which may vary from ninety (90) days to three (3) years, but is generally accepted to be one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  4. During the first 30 days except for CPUs, video cards, and printers, Seller will provide a prompt replacement of any part that found to be defective with the same or equivalent part.

  5. Printers are covered by the manufacturer warranty. 

  6. Ink cartridges and other consumable items are not covered under Sellers warranty. 

  7. The manufacturers warranty is the only warranty provided for products sold.

  8. During the manufacturer's warranty period, up to one year, the Seller, will assist the customer in obtaining warranty service from the manufacturer.

Systems and Notebook Warranty

All new systems purchased from Seller are covered for (1) year for replacement parts and (1) year for labor costs to restore the system to its original and intended condition.  Sellers responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of hardware components inside the system case, and does not cover Buyer's additional software or data loss.  If a component part of a system or notebook is replaced or repaired by the manufacturer, Seller will install the part at no additional charge.  Seller labor and parts warranty does not include parts bought from other companies or not installed by Seller.  Mice, keyboards, scanners, printers, monitors, and other peripheral units are not covered under this (1) year warranty but are classified as "parts" and covered under the appropriate manufacturer warranty.  After the (1) year labor warranty, Seller will replace defective parts at the Seller's standard labor rates.  Notebook computers purchased by buyer are covered by manufacturer warranty and should utilize manufacturer warranty (generally 1-800-numbers) before contacting Seller for warranty assistance.

All New Systems and Parts Disclaimer

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND FURTHERMORE ARE EXCLUDED.  IN NO EVENT OR OCCURRENCE SHALL THE SELLER BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURIES.  THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OR LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED ON PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, PRINCIPLES OF INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION.  THE FAILURE OF ANY LIMITED OR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY TO ACHIEVE ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE.  NOTHING HEREIN SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS SELLER ADOPTING ANY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

  1. A restocking fee will be charged on all returns.  The restocking fee is 15% on all parts: 20% on systems and laptops.
  2. Ordered items that are considered ‘Special Order’, whether or not the phrase ‘Special Order’ is noted on the invoice is not returnable.
  3. All ‘On Sale’ items are final after 14 days with the following exceptions:  Seven (7) days for CPU's, memory, printers, video card, motherboards, hard drives, optical drives, and scanners.
  4. Exchange Policy - During the following stated period of time.  gh SERVICES, LLC will provide a replacement of any part that is found to be defective with the same or equivalent part.
    1. Seven (7) days - CPU's, printers, and retail packaged video card.
    2. Thirty (30) days - hard drives, motherboards, optical drives, scanners, OEM video cards, sound cards, floppy drives, I/O cards, monitors, optical drives, network cards, keyboards, mice, modems, tape drives, cases, speakers, systems, and laptops.
    3. Ninety (90) days - memory
  5. Refunds over $50 shall be issued by check within seven (7) days from the date the system or product is determined to be defective after it’s returned, except for credit card purchases, which will be credited to the Buyer's account.  Purchases made by check will be refunded after the Buyer's check clears the Seller's bank.
  6. Charges for labor, service, deposits, insurance, and shipping are not refundable.
  7. Equivalent part substitutions shall be at gh SERVICES, LLC discretion
